Mary was very attentive as was the entire staff. Brown Palace truly understands fine dining. Worth every penny!!
Take a time machine and travel back to the mid-century. Timeless. Quality. French techniques in every course. Gorgeous atmosphere. And authentic service that made us immediately comfortable. (Thanks Stephanie!!) The tableside caesar salad has ruined every other salad for me. The duck fat fries are a masterpiece. This was a meal I’ll remember.
