“This place has been here for decades and what a hidden surprise! It’s cozy, the food is great, the service is prompt and friendly, and they play the tunes you want to hear from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The bread pudding and brownie sundae are made in house. My salmon was cooked perfectly. Poppies is 5 minutes from my house and I will be back often. Happy hour is a great deal, too.“
“We came to eat on the spur of the moment and are very happy we chose Shondiz. There was a party of 30 right before us but the staff quickly helped us and our meals were not delayed. I recommend the Koobideh kabob and yogurt. The rice was delicious with saffron. Also, the chicken kabob was very tender. Staff was great too!“

“My husband and I traveled from Jacksonville Florida. We had the absolute pleasure of eating dinner at Wildflower on our first night in Denver. Definitely WORTH a journey. One of the best meals we've ever had, deserving of a Michelin star. Wine to start with a delightful plantain amuse bouche. Our dinner consisted of Foccia bread with garlic confit which was marvelous. Followed by grilled artichoke, lamb tart also marvelous, a creamy pasta dish w/fresh grated cheese which was sublime, finished off with semifreddo cannoli for dessert. Plate presentation, attention to detail, service ++++ was outstanding. Tracy was our host and gave us a warm welcome. The wine list is also magnificent. I highly recommend this restaurant. We'll be back“
