Food is always consistently good.
The inside of the restaurant is not what you would expect based on the location, it is throwback fabulous.
This place has been here for decades and what a hidden surprise! It’s cozy, the food is great, the service is prompt and friendly, and they play the tunes you want to hear from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The bread pudding and brownie sundae are made in house. My salmon was cooked perfectly. Poppies is 5 minutes from my house and I will be back often. Happy hour is a great deal, too.
