I have been coming for years, but today mark the final time I will come. The girl behind the counter hates her job, and gets mad every order you make. Just makes it feel awkward and unwanted. The floors feel extremely sticky, so do the counters. The place has definitely went down hill.

I can tell you why all the bad reviews on here are pertaining to customer service- because the owner is a big old b-word!! Yemi, I hope you're reading this, because maybe all your stores wouldn't get awful reviews if you didn't make everyone that works for you hate their jobs because you incessantly berate them over trivial matters. Maybe your employees would be better trained if you could hold on to them for more than two weeks! Morale matters!!!

There needs to be a manager on evening shift; these girls closed an hour and a half early and we watched them do it. We sat outside and watched them lock the doors and turn off some of the lights at 7:40. Then when other customers tried to come in, they would make eye contact and wait for customers to walk away. Terrible customer service.

Bought the Strawberry Passion cake for a birthday, cut into it and the cake was not Strawberry Passion... the cake had vanilla ice cream with sprinkles.

The girl behind the counter was so rude. She didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there, and went straight to the person behind us. The next worker behind the counter did the same! RUDE AS HELL!!! The ice cream is good, but not worth the rudeness of the staff!

First of all you walk in and the floor is so sticky I literally almost fell from my sandal sticking to the floor. And it's not just one spot, it's the whole store. Service wise, we tried to order a smoothie and the girl said, "she doesn't know how to make a smoothie." When there's a recipe and instructions list literally taped to the back wall. So we ordered shakes instead, which werent even good. The music is way too loud to have a conversation inside the establishment. Won't be returning.

This place is a joke. I'm not sure why I came back this time. I preordered ice cream cakes for a work party. Order on Monday to pick up on Wednesday. They called 30 min before the scheduled pick up time and said they weren't ready but I could pick them up first thing the next day. Arrived the following day and they were not ready. Told me I only ordered them the day before. We've had nothing but bad experiences here with the service. Don't do it. Go somewhere else. Oh and the sanitary practices here are gross. I had to ask that she change her gloves after handling money and before touching my food.

On 07-03-2023 I placed an online order, paid for my order then went to pick up and store with 2 younger girls employed decided to close the doors and lock them 30 min early. Did not look at us when we attempted to open doors. The following day I called the store asked for a manager for my refund was then told that there is no manager only the owner whom periodically goes in. The girl took my phone number which Im assuming the message will not be passed on. I have been a customer for some time now going in once or twice a week. After this it will be the last. Coldstone should reconsider whome is hired as it defy has put a bad taste in my mouth and will not be going back nor recommend based on customer service and lack of any communication regarding early store closure.
Dwight B. (African American young man) had horrible customer service skills. Him and his coworker did not greet us when we walked in. They didn’t even acknowledge us.When Dwight finally put his gloves on, all he said to us is, “ready?” He was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to care about his job. You can find someone that is happy to be at work, who smiles and is polite. He will learn. He makes black young people look very bad and I am a Black Man raising 2 black sons, and I would be extremely upset, disappointed and embarrassed if my sons conducted themselves that way. My children know better and have excellent work ethic. In fact, my oldest Son is a student at Colorado State University.Someone needs to check on this young man. Maybe he is going through something. The service he provided was unacceptable. Dwight does not take pride in his job.Horrible service!!!!That was unacceptable!!! We were there on April 29th at about 6:40pm. Dwight B. does not deserve to be working there. He needs to learn.
