I came here with my boyfriend and had an exceptional customer service experience. Thalía was so friendly end made recommendations of ice cream flavor combinations that were awesome. We will definitely come back to this cold stone location.
Went out for a Sunday treat. Last hour of the night but the staff was doing their best handling a large crowd and keeping it moving. The young guy with glasses behind the counter we professional and helped us quickly.

I have been coming for years, but today mark the final time I will come. The girl behind the counter hates her job, and gets mad every order you make. Just makes it feel awkward and unwanted. The floors feel extremely sticky, so do the counters. The place has definitely went down hill.
