If I could give zero stars I would. Most unprofessional rude people I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order for delivery online and it was changed to pick up. I called the store and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold again. When I finally got someone on the phone he said his name was Dan and he was the director of area operations. I told him my problem and he said I could come pick up the order or not it wasn't his problem...read full review

I live across the street and ordered my pizza for delivery because I’m an old lady that can’t drive. I called 2 hours after my pizza was ordered and they told me they had no drivers. I told them I understand may I just get a refund I was still charged. I wasn’t trying to be difficult I just have to eat a certain time with my medicine. In the future just call customer and let them know they’re no drivers. Instead of making people wait for hours.

The last 3 times my order has been messed up this is ridiculous! Especially because we are a frequent customer! The first time I had ordered 3 pizzas cheese bread and brownies and when my husband went to pick up brownies were not given to him! The second time I specifically put light sauce on all pizzas and the pizza was extremely full of sauce squishing out from sides and top! Then today our build your own pepperoni magnifico was missing the pepperoni that pizza alone was 26$...read full review
