I live across the street and ordered my pizza for delivery because I’m an old lady that can’t drive. I called 2 hours after my pizza was ordered and they told me they had no drivers. I told them I understand may I just get a refund I was still charged. I wasn’t trying to be difficult I just have to eat a certain time with my medicine. In the future just call customer and let them know they’re no drivers. Instead of making people wait for hours.

I wanted to try Marco’s Pizza based on an advertisement in the mail from the Northfield Store. Tried using a coupon code for an online order and it was invalid. I also called the store and they had no knowledge of it. Why waste potential customer’s time and goodwill by sending out invalid coupons?

The last 3 times my order has been messed up this is ridiculous! Especially because we are a frequent customer! The first time I had ordered 3 pizzas cheese bread and brownies and when my husband went to pick up brownies were not given to him! The second time I specifically put light sauce on all pizzas and the pizza was extremely full of sauce squishing out from sides and top! Then today our build your own pepperoni magnifico was missing the pepperoni that pizza alone was 26$ to be missing a topping! And they didn’t give my husband the Mountain Dew that came with the special of two medium 1 topping pizzas, cheese bread and 2liter! I did call and the woman who answered was very professional and tried to resolve my issue but still leaving a bad review because this isn’t the first time it is now the THIRD and it’s a bit of an annoyance! Order number #224 date 02/16/2024 time 7:43 !

Went to order a pizzoli. Was told I had to wait 45 mins. Until all of the delivery orders were done I was the only person in there and should not have to wait 45min for a order. Person was unprofessional. Needs training in customer service. I should not have to wait for delivery orders when I'm in there placing a order.

Great pizza...love it! Now the service. I ordered online, arrived to pick up and they didn't even start it, okay stuff happens but then didn't have money to give me my change, again okay it wasn't that much but since I had to wait 10-15 minutes I wanted a drink and they wanted to charge me over $2 for a fountain. Didn't have enough because they didn't have my change. Kept my change, made me wait and no help with a drink...you kept my change!!

I am furious with them. I ordered last week enough pizzas for 80 people. I called yesterday to confirm it was still set. I was told, we have a new system and I would need to give the order once more. I did- I asked if an 11:30 delivery would work, I know it’s hard with so many pizzas. I was told that is fine. Day off, I called when the pizza was scheduled to be delivered… I was told it will be another hour, they have a new system and it wasn’t working… I was in hold with them for over 20 minutes! We ended up having to push our lunch back an hour and ordered from a different company. I am livid and will never order from Marco’s again.

I'm furious, I ordered pizza for 80 ppl last week. I called yeaterd to confirm they have the order. They said "we have a new system, I need to place it again" that's fine, I gave her the order, asked if 11:30 delivery would work, since it was a larger order. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, I just need to ensure we have a driver... I was reassured it was fine. Day off... I called when the order was supposed to be delivered. I was told it will be another hour. We have a new system and it wasn't working.... I think as placed on hold for 20 minutes!!! We ended up having to push our lunch back a hour and order off elsewhere. I wasn't even apologized to, I was just given the excuse that they have a new system....

I ordered delivery but wrong pizza was sent meat lover. They replaced it but the pizza was bland and no favor and just all grease. The chicken wing were bad. Like worse then Pizza Hut bad. I regret ordering and wish I never did. I would stay away and just order from else where. $32 bucks with $8 tip. Very dissatisfied
