At 3pm on a Sunday afternoon (during a Rockies games, home NFL Sunday), had to be patted down to enter. Quickly understood why the inside and rooftop was deserted.1) No drink menus available2) If you wanted food, had to go order yourself from a kiosk where the person appeared to be sleeping3) It’s Denver, and you’re out of Coors Light?Pass on this place. Started the day, and ended the day at the Viewhouse.

They asked if they could pat down my husband to come in for a drink and tacos at 3:00 on a Sunday - if you have to be pat down to eat tacos I guess this isn't a place I'd choose to spend money.

Was a little hesitant about the food here but my boyfriend and I thought to ourselves Mexican sushi actually sounds kinda good so why not! You order at the counter and service was quick. Food did live up to our expectations!! I honestly think this is one of the better rooftops in Denver (RIP el tejano) and Con Safos DOES step in quite nicely.Only thing is they play music way too loud...we were here on a Thursday? Afternoon and the DJ was blasting it. I get it if it's a party but there were probably like... 5 people total on the deck lol. I'd come here for food and if you want a roof to kick it on!
To be clear, this is a club with a food window. Somehow the food is good. There was a lot of security I was waiting for them to take someone down and make their fruity pebbles cocktail go flying. Place got crowded fast bunch of dudes in polo shirts poured in. They had the most gawkable dance moves that I could only describe the next day to my friends.

Service was fantastic! Mo was an absolute pleasure. She is always smiling and very personable and easy to talk to. I will be coming back as long as Mo is working! Great re-opening very excited about what the new owners have to offer.

This is a pretty cool concept for a place that I thought might be an average taco joint. (They have sushi too!)The vibe downstairs is pretty chill, with bar service only and a pool table in the back. Upstairs is where you can order food, with more of a party vibe when you step out onto the huge patio.Tip: Look around downstairs and you might stumble upon an extra special bar.

We used to frequent this bar when it was El Tejano and we’re pretty worried when it closed. We came back to Con Safos for the first time after it’s opening and we love it!! A great atmosphere with AMAZING food prepared to order. We can easily say the new owners have surpassed our expectations and are excited to hopefully see this location become successful over the summer.
