Was a little hesitant about the food here but my boyfriend and I thought to ourselves Mexican sushi actually sounds kinda good so why not! You order at the counter and service was quick. Food did live up to our expectations!! I honestly think this is one of the better rooftops in Denver (RIP el tejano) and Con Safos DOES step in quite nicely.Only thing is they play music way too loud...we were here on a Thursday? To be clear, this is a club with a food window. Somehow the food is good. There was a lot of security I was waiting for them to take someone down and make their fruity pebbles cocktail go flying. Place got crowded fast bunch of dudes in polo shirts poured in. They had the most gawkable dance moves that I could only describe the next day to my friends.

Service was fantastic! Mo was an absolute pleasure. She is always smiling and very personable and easy to talk to. I will be coming back as long as Mo is working! Great re-opening very excited about what the new owners have to offer.
