I got the coffee with hints of citrus and wild berry. I can honestly say it was the best coffee I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back and try some more. Also, everyone working there was so happy and helpful. 5 stars for sure. Thanks

Amazing cafe with good seating and excellent espresso. They also have a lot of pour over and while bean options and their baristas were incredibly knowledgeable. Order: Pour Over, Espresso Tonic About: $11 Review: The first thing that jumped out at me about Corvus was their selecting of self roasted while bean coffees. Their must have easily had a dozen of them, and they make all of them in a pour over. Not only was their selection sizable, the baristas were also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the different beans. I’m a coffee n*** and love talking about the details of roasting methods and bean types so I loved this. Their two drinks we ended up ordering were incredible. The pour over have beautiful balance and depth of flavor, and the espresso tonic may have been one of my favorites. With such amazing coffee, a knowledgeable staff, and abundant seating I would absolutely make Corvus a regular visit. In fact, I’m pretty sure we’ll be back again on this trip.

I frequent a lot of different coffee shops in Denver and LA and this place is reliably great coffee and customer service. Always friendly, drinks are always made perfectly and quickly. These baristas know what they are doing. I'm glad this place is only a stone's throw from my place.

It’s sad that the employees have time to laugh and have a great time, but forget to make a customer’s order. Had to wait over 25 minutes, AND then ask about it. Nobody noticed me standing waiting for my order, even after all other customers had been served, and left. I was the only person standing there. The employees did have a great time, laughing, joking, flirting, occasionally cleaning, counting out their cash drawer, taking breaks, but nobody noticed the old big man standing around with a straw in is hand and no drink or food! Then, after questioning the person about my order, I get “oh, what did you have? You used a Groupon, right?, well, I don’t know how to refund you your coupon, because I want to give it to you for free, so here, have a business card.”

I ordered a sample before committing to a monthly subscription and never got it. Corvus has zero customer service, so there was no one to contact, so I simply had to cancel. Really a shame! I thought this might be a cool thing to try.

I've been visiting Denver for about a month. This is by far my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is always hot enough and well-prepared. And it tastes great. The baristas are genuinely friendly and clearly take pride in what they do. The atmosphere in the shop is really cool. I like the decor even though its very simple and minimalist. They sell a minimal number of quick eats. I've tried croissants and muffins. Both are ok. Go for the coffee. You won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return to this place on my next trip here.

Went to their location on Broadway! Loved the building, the patio, the decor on the inside. The person taking our order was patient with our questions and helpful... which was fantastic because we all loved the coffee we received! She had a broken arm & I felt bad she had to write our names on our cups!! Lol! Only one of us had been to this location before so this place was new to the other two. I included a photo because look how beautiful that coffee was! Looks so delish I want one now!! Will be back when we visit family in CO next time!!
