The food was mediocre at best.
The bread was basic served with olive oil and no balsamic vinegar.
Drinks are way too expensive.
Overall not super great.

Very unique food and worth experiencing it. That was my review 1 year ago. We went last night and I found the food so-so. Basically, it's too expensive for the quality and portions. Service was too aggressive, I could barely get my fork down before they wanted to take my plate away. It was my birthday, and they recommended a dessert, which they ended up charging me for. The cocktails were also short (not worth the cost). So, for 2 people, a main and one drink, it was $111. Not worth it.

Ordered to go 2 orders of Conchiglie Pasta and all the broccoli in it had mold. I didn't realize it till I was half way eating it and I got some nasty food poisoning. I used to eat here all the time, but I will never eat here again. I tried calling the manager but they never returned my call. Its sad to see a place fall apart.

Great last minute option. Food was ok. I was expecting it to be better. Definitely an easy go to place with the family.

Very disappointed. The food has no flavor and it’s over priced. The location is great but I feel like if they weren’t in Cherry Creek they would have closed down years ago. There’s just nothing incredible or exciting about this place. For anyone visiting, heed the warning. Just go three blocks up the street to North Italia, they have way better food around the same price point.

Test it yourself, you’ll see North Italia on an hour wait and on the same night Cucina Colore is empty. I think that says a lot.

Maybe change head chef? Their ideas aren’t working and it shows.

Had the roasted chicken pasta $30 and my husband had the shrimp scampi: 8 shrimp no pasta btw for $40.

I just don’t get it….

Edit after seeing the response: all I have to say is WOW… what a professional way to respond. Thank you for affirming what kind of attitude you have for your establishment. I’m glad this is public so people can see how you handle yourselves when faced with criticism. For being here for 30 years and haven’t improved, that says more about you than it does the Cherry Creek area. If you can’t keep up, then just sell the place. Good luck with business. DON’T DINE HERE.

Not my scene. The pasta was overcooked and the sauce could have come from Olive Garden. The salad was dressed well but for $18 you would expect something more interesting than sad grated carrot and halved cherry tomatoes.

I have never seen any restaurant anywhere on earth that charges 1 buck for half a teaspoon
of mayo. Then also charge 1 buck for a tiny bit of mustard for a sandwich, which was 24 bucks by the way.

That place should be ashamed of such a low life money grab.

Beautiful food, lightning fast service, snap my fingers and whatever we wanted was in front of us. Staff was courtesy professional friendly, server Matthew was super chill and knew the menu inside and out. Visiting my wife from Houston so we wanted to find “our” place. This is it. Oh and the best part was by far the food. Fresh, original unique but using old school ingredients. Very creative colorful dishes, 5 stars across the board
