We came here for my friend’s birthday on Valentine’s Day. We had a reservation booked and were told we had a 15 min window of time for getting there. We arrived to an incredibly packed restaurant (understandable it’s VDay) but it was incredibly chaotic with no sort of line to get checked in. We waited 10 mins and were then told by the time that we did check in, that our reservation had been given up!!! The host then proceeded to make us feel dumb for asking why we weren’t notified, etc. We asked if we could sit at the bar to try and rectify our friends night but were told that the menu was pre set and we likely wouldn’t want to spend the money on that. Our group left feeling so insulted and the experience was so poor. I feel so bad bc I suggested this space for my friend and instead had one of the worst customer service experiences in Denver. Don’t go here. Plenty of other Italian places nearby that aren’t the entitled Cherry Creek vibe.

Put it to you this way: the third time I went here was with my girlfriend. Our two seater table had a slight wobble. Next thing I know, without having mentioned anything, our waitress comes over with a shim and fixed the wobble. Amazing attention to detail and accommodation of guests. Customer service was the highlight here. Yummy food as well.

This place has lost its way!!! It use to be a good restaurant with attentive service and friendly. I went here to celebrate some birthdays with my family and was sorely disappointed. I had a 6:15pm reservation and we didn't get sat until 7:30pm after being told it would only be 15 minutes when we arrived at 6:10pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! Why even make a reservation if it's not going to be honored and management stares at you while you wait. To the owners: You and your staff obviously do NOT value your customers and the money they spend at your establishment. I shall not be returning

Terrible period. Told us they couldn’t serve us dinner at the bar since our 26 yo did not have her ID?? Really? we just came from across the street at Le Bilboquet where we ALL sat at the bar no issues. PLUS we go out to eat all the time and always sit at the bar. CC told us it was Colorado law, give me a break, it’s not, total BS. We won’t be back ever. We left and went to EDDIE V’s and we ALL sat at the bar. Difference between class and classless.

Food was delicious, from bread to the Sangria to the Chefs special.
If you are looking for a date night with an upscale feeling, or a casual lunch/dinner . This is the place you need to come to.
I will be returning here again, highly recommend!

My meal (cunichlie, pecorino sauce - can't go wrong) was wonderful and I ended up being helped by multiple people that evening - Joe, Janae, Tristan and Ian. Every one of them was professional and friendly. I would recommend Cucina Colore, especially in the fall for the sake of observing the changing of the leaves outside!

The atmoshpere is great. The food is average and priced fairly. The bartender completely ignored that we were there. Only 2 others sitting at the bar and restaurant was empty. Finally had to ask the hostess to ask the bartender to serve us. She was organizing the glasses while we were waiting for additional items with our food. No check ins, no follow-up to ensure we had what we needed, no confirmation the food was okay and even dodged me twice when we tried to call her over to pay our check. Worst service I can remember.
