I had the combo plate with the tamale and chili relleno. Both were delicious!!! It was the perfect serving size too. I was there Friday around 1 PM, it was busy but we were seated right away. It was loud but not unmanageable. The wait staff were very attentive. A little pricey but standard for Downtown.
Love this place. Good prices, good food, good service, good vibes.
Great food and drinks for a reasonable price. The staff is amazing. There was a little employee running around that stole every one's heart!
Fantastic food and a wonderful owner. Have us free shots!
Great “hole in the wall” restaurant. I may not have stopped if I wasn’t craving a margarita and Mexican food. I had a taco salad with ground beef. Normally taco salads are not that great; tasting like they were a requirement of a menu rather than an item that could be someone’s favorite. This one was delicious. Plus they served chips with salsa $6 happy hour margaritas. Staff was nice and service was quick. I’d definitely come back!
I first started dining at C'Corazon in 2017 & would drive down from Lafayette to do so. Now, however, I live 5 minutes away and will NOT return. The food quality has sadly declined over the last few years. The final straw was when my husband and I ordered fajitas and instead of what anyone would expect when having fajitas, the meat looked like scraps and bits. Plus, my husband asked for a side of mole' sauce he was more than happy to pay for and the kitchen staff refused.
Felt very authentically Mexican in terms of taste and options and decor. Complimentary chips and salsa were very appreciated!
Visiting from out of state and just randomly popped into D’Corazon. Fantastic food. And the first restaurant that serves ACTUAL hot sauce. Was super good. I got the carnitas and a cold modelo 😎
I loved the food and service here! The steak fajitas were great and the waitress even let me practice my Spanish with her!

Fast and friendly service. This place was recommended to us as a go to place for Mexican. In general, it was good but nothing sets it apart from most of the Mexican restaurants I have visited.

You need to know that our food was so delicious that we ate it before we could even think about getting a photo. That good! We had crunchy tacos, tamales, beans, rice, queso and chips. Every bite was better than the one before. Great service and plenty of drink refills. We will come back again and again.

I was greeted with a friendly smile and quickly shown to my table. Chips and salsa quickly arrived. I love spicy salsa and this salsa was very good with a bit of heat. It was fresh and chunky. Salsa refills were also quickly provided.
I had the fajita burrito. It was tasty with the steak tender and loaded with peppers and onions. It was topped with lettuce, pico, guacamole and sour cream and a delicious green sauce.
Great service and delicious food, I will return!

Food is always delish & authentic. Obsessed with the green chili. I wish there were more vegetarian options available though. When I used to eat meat, my favorite item was chimichangas. Wish they could make a vegetarian version loaded with veggies (squash & zucchini, etc) or vegan meat. I would literally eat here everyday if they did🤪
