I had a really great evening here! First off the staff is incredible, and while I can't remember my servers name, she was so attentive and gave really great recommendations and she was really funny too! We started with cocktails, but it looks like there's a women's wine flight feature (I'll definitely check out next time). Jovanina’s Broken Italian is a top notch experience. The ambiance is immediately intimate and warm. Upon entering, a large black curtain provides privacy for the restaurant. We had a reservation and were seated at a great table in the very middle. Wine was tantalizing and HIGH quality—paired excellently with almost every dish. The ambiance was beautiful! The appetizers were all amazing. The entrees were just okay- the short rib came out dry and kind of cold, my vegetarian friend had the pesto pasta which left not much to be desired. The server was nice but was extremely busy as oversat. By the time she came back to ask how the food was it wasn't worth sending back. A little disappointed in the entrees for sure. Otherwise it is a beautiful location and the appetizers were great.
