The service blew this place for me. We sat at our table for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and the place was not busy. When our permed hair server did finally find it in her heart to pop by, it only got worse. Every 2 minutes she was pushing us to order food, and rudely took our menus during the appetizer before we even ordered entrees, advising "menus aren't allowed on the table when food is present". They must have been printed on angel foreskin? Each drink order took so long, that she must have run to Evergreen to handmake them. All the food was meh at best and overly salted, and my salad tasted like they used the hearts of romaine to clean the grill.

Jovanina's candlelit basement is the perfect atmosphere for a wonderful date night! Our waiter was very attentive to my dietary restrictions, and did a great job of helping to find/modify dishes to accommodate my allergies. Loved the house-made focaccia: great savory and sage flavor elements! The Sicilian castelvetrano olives were a bit sweet, but still very tasty. I had the Colorado angus short rib for my main dish, and it was truly incredible. It comes with a crust which almost seems burnt at first glance, but tastes amazing and adds an excellent crunchy texture to the dish. Like nothing I've ever had before - highly recommended!

We had such an amazing date night here! The Elk Bolognese and Lobster Diavollo was absolutely delicious! The drinks were pretty good as well, but not a total game changer. We will definitely be back to try other sections of the menu. Also, the playlist was absolutely fire!

Such a lovely surprise! It's got a great ambiance, really unique and cozy, absolutely adored the basement and our server, Vanessa, was delightful, professional and so helpful with recommendations. Velvety smooth atmosphere. Delicious craft cocktails and superior customer service at the bar. Came here for dinner. Had the burrata and Americana Pasta. 5 stars. Star of the show was my bartender Kayla. Would highly recommend. Will come back again for all the reasons listed above.

Seriously, I can't understand why people come here. It must be that they pay social media to promote it. It's like they've never had Italian food so they give you Italian food from a can and call it good enough. The wait staff are all terrible people that treated me with basically contempt for just existing in their presents. I will not be surprised when in a few years I hear about this place going out of business and somebody turns it into a fun club.
