I have held this place to such a standard when it comes to a high quality cocktail experience, for many reasons. I never miss an opportunity to go here whenever I am in Colorado. However this last experience was not my favorite. Rising prices on even their most basic foods. I loved their bread and butter (which last time was $9 about two years ago) now $13 and served with an extremely small amount of the butter and the bread was hardly warm. Looks like things have changed...
We came in for a night cap and dessert, and it was fantastic! The bartender made me a mocktail with a 0-proof alcohol. It had the body and feel of a real drink, which I really appreciated. We also had the cookies, which were warm and gooey and delightful. This is a destination for booze nerds, and they showed up tonight!
