Best catfish and shrimp I’ve had in Denver. Love their food and very nice folks too.
The catfish is definitely 10/10! We tried the combo platter and everything was delicious. The gentlemen running the truck had genuine southern hospitality.
Very good catfish and shrimp! Cocktail sauce had a nice burn. Fries were great also. Deja Roux is now one of my favorite food trucks, Can’t wait to have it again!
