The pizza crust is very pedestrian. Kinda like cardboard. I feel bad for the cooks and the owner. But the vibe is nice. The staff is great. Just inexperienced kitchen manager who doesn’t have any culinary sense.

I have been served by Nikki twice and each time she is pure joy. The food here is pretty good, I truly enjoy their smash burger!! I will come back simply for Nikki and her hospitality. 10/10 way to go Nikki!

Bring back the to-go slice window!

Ordered one slice of pizza and it took 40 minutes to come out and it was cold. I walked out and left it on the table.

Sat down order wings salad and a slice of pizza. 30 minutes later the waitress said I’m sorry we are out of wings. Then served a cold slice of pizza!!!!

We live over a hour away, but when we do come to town, we love to stop by this location or the one off of colfax with our kiddos. Every time we go, it’s always a great time and amazing food! Today our waiter just made our whole day! We all ordered the Nashville chicken tenders with their waffle fries, except my daughter, she wanted cheese pizza. My daughter had just finished her pizza and as she was finishing up our waiter brought her out another slice on the house. Such an amazing gesture, such a kind heartfelt act. Thank you guys for always making our time here amazing!

Best pizza we have ever had! We are from Texas, and when they said on the menu big pizza slices, we thought they’d be kinda small. But wow, they were huge!! The flavor is on point, and the pizza is crispy. We will be dreaming of this place when we head home.

The pizza was amazing, almost like east coast and the burger tasted so fresh, can’t wait to come back when I have room for to biscuit dishes❤️ signature drinks were over the top

This place is just the best. The food, the vibe, the ever friendly staff. I drive 12 hours just to dig into The Lola once a year, and it’s worth it every time.
SpongeBob on the TV, Stevie Wonder on the jukebox, what more could you want?

Always a wonderful experience at this establishment. Hard to make a choice with the amount of options they have. Went with the Franklin biscuit sando for lunch today since I was hungry like a wolf. Ate it all and want some more!

Food was good but portion size seems to get smaller and smaller in the 5 years eating here. Saw waitress maybe three times during the visit, no offer to refill drinks, seemed little uninterested in her job
