Domino's Pizza

We ordered from this location last week and experienced a very late delivery due to severe understaffing. The only manager on duty, Kirk, was incredibly apologetic and professional throughout the situation. He personally took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to make it right by taking care of our dinner tonight. Our food was delivered quickly and tasted amazing. Kirk is doing an outstanding job managing under tough circumstances, and because of him, we will absolutely continue ordering from this location.

Had a pizza delivered Saturday night and it was overcooked and tough to eat. This is the second time I've experienced this back to back so needless to say I think it's time to retire Domino's from my list.

I live less than a mile away from this store and their website says we’re out of their service range. 🤡 fine, Pizza Hut will get our money then.

The pizza and service was really good but DO NOT pay with a card! pay cash only since they charge you twice. I made my order online on 12/18/25 paid for it and everything was good. I then checked my bank account on Friday 12/19/25 and saw they charged me twice!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I tried calling about fraudulent activity and they just hung up on me immediately. I called back and they were rude about it the entire time. Asked for corporate and franchise numbers and they refused to give me either. Absolutely horrible customer service and awful people running this place.

I had a fantastic experience at Domino’s! The staff provided excellent service from start to finish—friendly, fast, and attentive. My order was prepared perfectly, with hot and fresh pizza that tasted great. The crust was cooked just right, ingredients were flavorful, and everything came out exactly as ordered. The store was clean and well-organized, and I really appreciated how quick the turnaround time was. Overall, I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning. Great job, Domino’s team!

Around 5:30 pm I placed an order to be picked up at 6:30 pm.

The tracker thinks we picked it up, but it’s 7 pm and they are still making it.
I wish I would’ve just put to have the order ready right away at 5:30 pm.
I’m hungry. The tracker is a lie.

Never buying anything else in this store staff and manager are terrible doing their job

I would not recommended ordering anything from this dominos or going to the store. Find another pizza place. The customer experience at this location was incredibly disappointing and the manager I spoke to on the phone was very rude. The store did not offer any solution to help with the incorrect pizza that was sent to my house, which was completely burnt and like cardboard, and said they would send a new pizza but would charge full price. Really disappointed in the experience and will no longer order dominos again. I encourage you not to either.
