Food is good.
Mandatory 15% tip with no ability to change. Transaction via QR code. Total of 3 touch points from wait staff. Sitting me down, delivering food, and obligatory how's everything. While the food is good, the operational decision in the ordering process will have me taking a hard pass in the future.

I’m a phonatic so you can imagine my disappointment when I tried this place’s raw steak pho and it was incredibly bland and overall unenjoyable. the broth was rather flavorless (for pho) even after adding sriracha, the meat was still rubbery even after sitting in the broth for a while and bizarrely fatty for pho steak, onions were minimal as well… just not very good, which is sad because i was really looking forward to it after enjoying the same thing from dragonfly in boulder!

Service was great, servers were constantly moving and take plates away. Food was really good and they helped my friend put with the bill due to a large party.

it's ok. the food was good, but I've had better, so in comparison to other cities outside of Colorado it was OK. I have not tried multiple Ramen/Pho houses here in downtown, so I cannot compare to just denver itself.

Great duck bao buns, very nice curry chicken noodle dish (tasted better than it looked - the curry sauce looked a little “lumpy” but it was actually really good). Homemade were nicely done. Very clean and neat inside, with plenty of seating. Order at counter and delivered to you. Not the most extensive menu but it all looked good.

Very umami and warm tonkotsu. I enjoyed the ramen here better than the Boulder location ;) A little expensive, but not bad.

Unreal! Both the Denver and Boulder locations are a must if you like amazing ramen!

We went there because we’d been to the Boulder one and really loved it. Unfortunately it was not the same at all. We got Spicy miso with pork belly and Tonkutsu. There was a burnt after taste and a sweet taste to the mushrooms.

Heard about the Maine lobster ramen from Chimera in Boulder long ago, but could not convince myself to drive all the way to Boulder just for a bowl of ramen. Glad they offered it at the Dragonfly Noodle in Denver (the Boulder Chimera also has since changed its name to Dragonfly Noodle). As more sections of the 16th Street was completed, could not wait to venture there to try this out. The restaurant's setting was casual and more spacious than I expected, customers ordered from the menu on the big screen TV and paid for the order before being seated. They had a variety of ramen, pho, udon, Taiwanese style bao, poke and small plates. For me, I was determined to try the lobster ramen. The portion of lobster tail was not small. The lobster meat was buttery, flavorful and succulent. Compared to other ramen shops, the freshly made (they made their ramen in-house) ramen was the less commonly seen Hirauchimen. The noodle was chewy, filling and springy. The miso bonito broth was savory, smoky, well balanced but not heavy, and brought out sweet and delicate flavor of the lobster with a hint of spiciness. Overall very satisfying. Dragonfly Noodle is near Market and 16th Street.

I ordered the Black Tonkotsu ramen and the only thing that disappointed me was that I didn’t add an egg (a long day of travel has left me dumb.) the ramen is delicious ans soothes my ramen-loving soul. Chef recommended Kikusui Junmai Ginjo sake was worth the price of the bottle. Love that this place is in walking distance of my hotel - maybe I’ll come back and try apps before I head home. And why are the mushrooms so GOOD?
