Never open in the morning when they say they are.
Can buy donuts but can’t use the restroom is diabolical!! Trash service & rude staff!!
I arrived and waited patiently for quite a while. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone available to assist me. I remained for a considerable amount of time, hoping someone would come. Sadly, no one ever appeared to offer help. I ultimately had to leave without being attended to.
Maya was awesome! She rectified an order that was messed up, unsure if it was DoorDash but she really came through. Very polite and very quick, I appreciate her a ton.
My experience at Dunkin was extremely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional—the person at the drive-thru window handed me my drinks without saying a single word. I also paid for a pup cup that I never received, so I had to park and go inside just to ask for it. On top of that, the coffee was watery and tasted terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Never have left a bad review before but I ordered a macchiato and it tasted like rotten milk and made me sick. :(

I got the breakfast sandwich box and the potatoes tots were untasteful and had a burnt taste. The sandwich was mushy both the sausage and egg did not taste cooked at all. The coffee was supposed to be double cream and sugar and had no sugar.

This location is mediocre. Service was quick but it should be, there was only one person in line ahead of me. Google says they open at 430am, i was there at 545am. The hash browns are room temperature. Sausage egg cheese croissant is only somewhat warmer and flavor is so-so. These have clearly been sitting out for a while. They also don't have any exterior lights turned on, even the drive through menu is dark, the inside is dimly lit, I wonder if the corporate overlords would approve.. they must not want any business cuz it appears closed...No problem, would never go back anyway.

I go to this Dunkin regularly and have never had a wait or any issues in the drive thru. The staff is nice and friendly!

I ordered ahead. They didn't have my food and after waiting 6 minutes for someone to notice me, they charged me a second time for the order.
Either an employee isn't paid enough so they got hungry, the employees aren't paid enough so they gave my food away, or the employees are overwhelmed due to understaffing and have no idea what happened.
Either way, I won't be doing that again!
