I unfortunately forgot the gentleman‘s name, but he was such a good professional person. I have a disability and he helped me and accommodated me the best he could. I usually don’t eat at Dunkin, but this location is someplace I would go just for the service thank you so much.

Today right now the morning lady that can't really speak good English was very rude. Could barely understood her and I asked if she could repeat the order and she had attitude and she didn't even have my full order. So dunkin you might want to hire nicer and better attitude employees to be working your window if she is a manager shame on y'all bc who wants to buy coffee from a place that has rude employees with attitudes. If they don't like their job they might want to step away from customer service bc your store doesn't not have that customer service. Other hand your night crew are alot nicer and with better attitudes

Just had the manager yell at me for them making my drink wrong. I called and asked for help and she argued with me about how the drink was made and she told me she wouldn’t help and hung up. Hire better staff not people who are ready to fight anyone with issues instead of resolving them.

ITS 430am and this location is closed!! Why does google say open at 430am??? It’s 426 am now.I drove a detour to work to your location based on the opening time. I got here and you guys are closed!!! This is not a way to run a franchise!! People have lives and base their morning on the opening information you provide !

Says it opens at 4:30 on Google and the mobile app, but here I am waiting for it to open.... I got here at 4:35. I'm guessing they actually didn't open till 5am. Waste of time.
I’ve had more than my fair share of Dunkin experiences as an east coast transplant. The joke is always that it’s so inconsistent, but surprisingly, this location is always consistent. Good enough sandwiches and cold brew is rich. Never too long of a line in drive thru. The employees get you in and out asap with no bs.

Donuts were still fresh at 130pm. Tried the new dragonberry lemonade and it was very refreshing and taste good. Chipotle hashbrowns were on point and there seems to be more of a variety of munchkins in store than online ordering. The staff are very nice and the food we ordered came out fast.

Definitely does not open at 4:30 it was closed at 4:45
All I can say is GET A RECEIPT when ordering here. I was charged an unauthorized $3 tip for freaking Dunkin takeout. None of my messages requesting explanation have been acknowledged, and it’s been about two weeks.
