This was never a good Dunkin and they always kind of made the drinks wrong. I don’t think that they used anything to actually measure out. But also they don’t let you pay with the app anymore. I would recommend just going into the gas station next-door and getting the premade Dunkin because it’s gonna taste a lot better and you won’t have issues trying to pay for it.

I ordered a large Dunkin’ energy drink without ice. The barista added ice to the drink. When I informed her that I had requested no ice, she informed me that I would be charged an additional fee to fill my cup because it was intended for ice. I am unsure of the educational institution she attended, but this explanation is illogical, especially considering that I was charged $1.00 for a cup of ice.

Ordered 3 donuts…one vanilla cream. The Supervisor took my order and grabbed my donuts-there was literally no cream in the damn donut! SMH. I was the ONLY person in line-not like she was busy!!!

just left this dunkin super unhappy. All we ordered was half dozen assorted donuts and an iced caramel macchiato. They brought out a hot caramel macchiato, but it’s okay we understood and just asked if they could make it iced. The lady returns with an iced caramel crazed and argued that it’s the “same thing” as the iced caramel macchiato. So we took it and left as it already took 15 minutes for 6 donuts and 1 drink 👎🏼👎🏼

lady taking our order always makes us feel like we should’ve went to another Dunkin. she asked if we wanted anything else and in the middle of telling her the rest of our order she says “that’s all? pull up to the next window”. We go to this Dunkin before work a lot and it’s always the same lady with the same “i hate my job” attitude.
Donuts were very fresh and tasty, really enjoyed it 👍 But latte was discussing, it tasted like burning coffee and sour ( I don’t know if it was bad milk or espresso shot was pull wrong), could not drink it at all 👎

I ordered an avocado toast today. It felt like it wasn't on bread but on a damn piece of wood - the bread was so hard I almost left my teeth on it.

The ladies are friendly and fast. The food is awful. Croissant Stuffer is wildly disappointing. The bagel sandwich was edible, the hash browns are not. The coffee is hot and fresh. They should go back to just donuts.
