We’ve now used E Hijole Tacos for three different events, and every time they’ve been absolutely outstanding! The food quality is top-notch, the staff is professional and wonderful to work with, and the flavors are unforgettable. Their meatballs, in particular, are insanely tasty and always a crowd favorite. Highly recommend them for any event—big or small!
I truly cannot describe how happy I am that we chose EHijole Tacos to cater our 50 person wedding in Estes Park. Throughout the planning process, Elena answered all of my questions and made the process so smooth and simple. Elena was so easy and such a pleasure to work with. We had E Hijole Tacos cater for our family reunion, her and the servers were awesome! My family loved the food, she made more then enough food for our event. We only had the servers for a couple hours and when it was time for them to leave they left everything at the party until we were done. Elena came back to grab it later and let us keep the extra food we didn't even know we had and utensils. Her set up was beautiful...
