Elena was so easy and such a pleasure to work with. We had E Hijole Tacos cater for our family reunion, her and the servers were awesome! My family loved the food, she made more then enough food for our event. We only had the servers for a couple hours and when it was time for them to leave they left everything at the party until we were done. Elena came back to grab it later and let us keep the extra food we didn't even know we had and utensils. Her set up was beautiful...
We used EHijole last weekend for our dad’s 80th birthday party. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Very easy and professional to work with. Accommodating to our needs. It was truly a seamless process. Bonus, the food was amazing! I will absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to my family and friends.
