Staff moved efficiently between tables.

Not much seating but everyone is nice. Can get backed up since it's a smaller store, so probably will wouldn't go unless I had a decent amount of time to wait

This location is so slow and inefficient. It took my friend 20 minutes to get a coffee, and 40 minutes to get a bagel. They also don't open on time. The sign says that they open at 7, but it's a hit or miss depending on the day. I walked in close to 8 and they still weren't open. Very inconvenient.

Unbelievably slow…. The workers here seem to be in no hurry whatsoever to get your food. A basic bagel often takes 25 minutes…

Very good food. However, you do have to tell them to cook the bacon well done in order for it to not be soggy. Other than that fire sandwiches.

This place sucks. Even when there’s not a 30 person line they don’t even put the effort to toast your bagel. Currently trying to choke down cardboard with cream cheese. So low effort it actually is so frustrating. The employees sit there and smile like they’re doing a good job smh

Very unprofessional place of business. Long wait times along with employees on their phones while working. I've usually had to wait for anywhere between 30-45 minutes waiting for a sandwich or a cup of coffee.

Update: while I had issues with this location a couple times, since expressing my concerns I felt like they actually listened. Service and atmosphere have improved. I regularly come here for breakfast on campus.

I went in yesterday after 2:00 p.m and ordered 2 bagels. 2 bagel, no cream cheese, not toasted or anything special. Just 2 plain bagels. When the young man at the register rang me up, I noticed the total read $11.11. As I took out my card to pay I thought it was a mistake and he was going to fix it for the right amount. He handed me the bagels but didn’t offer me a receipt. When I walked out I logged into my bank account to check what the amount charged was. Sure enough it was $11.11. I headed back to see if I had been charged for a wrong item. Upon walking in the manager walked to the counter and I explained to her that I had been charged $11.11 for 2 plain bagels and how it has to have been a mistake. She immediately shook her head and said “no, it’s not a mistake. That’s how much they are.” I repeated myself and said it’s 2 plain bagels, no cream cheese or anything. There must be a mistake. The manager then said” it’s really expensive to eat here now. It’s not a mistake.” I asked her if I could return the items and she said “unfortunately, no”. I told her that this was absolute insanity to charge that much for 2 plain bagels. No fault of her own, she agreed.

One of the issues that I have among many is how are you going to charge that much for your food on a university campus?? 2 bagels for $11.11 dollars?? That’s highway robbery for anyone! It’s not like I was ordering 2 bagels at a restaurant on Michigan Avenue in Chicago. How you could raise prices this drastically manner and not have a sign warning your customers? For $11 dollars one can get 2 six packs of bagels at most grocery stores.

I would advise students and staff to boycott Einstein and take their business to Dazbog instead. I will not EVER set foot in an Einstein again.

Employees are not well trained and the service is slow. The cold brew shakes were not even remotely close to a cold brew shake, it was watery and had very little shake consistency

Waited over 45 minutes for just a blueberry bagel. There was only five other people in the restaurant and they were receiving their orders before me. The employees, specifically the girl working were just joking around and staring at me and not even working.

I just dont get why it takes so long for a plain blueberry bagel and it's very frustrating as I have places to be.
