I got a chocolate chip bagel and honey, almond cream cheese and got over charged and got terrible service by a server named Brittany. Is this how all university Einstein Bagels locations are like. Do not to go the location next to the Tivoli in Denver Colorado. You will get ripped off and have the worst experience.

Place was not busy when I ordered but still waited over 25 minutes just for one drink. Employees did know I was there and stared over me giving everyone else their order in under 5 minutes. Nobody employee had asked what I was waiting for and just talked to each other while waiting for the next customer. This was incredibly rude and unacceptable, will not be coming back.

The person behind the counter seemed drained and slightly annoyed so it made the transaction a bit awkward, but I understand- working fast food is stressful. They weren't too slow because of what I ordered but the card reader was super slow. I think the unresponsive card reader and the employees either drained or not on tasked was what makes this place so slow. This is kind of disappointing because the Qdoba right next door is much faster and employes seem much happier.

This place sucks straight up. You wait 30 minutes if there are more than 4 people in front of you and the line is usually almost out the door. The employees are lazy and watching them make stuff is tedious and frustrating because of their slowness.

Come here still because the bagels are good, however not worth the price most of the time. I ordered two bagels and two drinks, I got one bagel 10 minutes later and got one drink 20 minutes later, got my other bagel about 8 minuted later and had to ask for my other drink to be made after I watched them completely skip over it. About 25 minutes later I was finally able to get my drink. One specific older lady with grey hair that took our order completely ignored us at the counter while we were trying to get our second drink. Employees are not well trained and the service is slow. The cold brew shakes were not even remotely close to a cold brew shake, it was watery and had very little shake consistency to it.

Why does it take 40 minutes for a bagel. People are just talking on their cell phones not making food. Rude and taking forever. Never will visit this location.
Terrible service. Workers seem untrained. They make the orders depending on what’s easiest so be ready for all the drinks to be made before your food even if they’re orders that came after you. Got my coffee in 10 mins and my food in 30 mins, makes sense I guess.

I came in here once and ordered breakfast burrito, and it was definitely top 3 worst breakfast burritos that I ever had, if not the worst (from apperance to taste). My stomach was negatively reacting to it later on. Clealiness of the place is mediocore at best, so is customer service. I found the place pricey too. Needless to sat, I won't eat there again.
