This one of a kind omakase experience was unforgettable! Chef Paul thoughtfully curated the menu based on his travels and heritage to his Laos culture which is so unique. The food was delectable and the drinks were complementary to every bite. Highly recommend!

Guests recommend the Sake pairing and planning to go back for tuna night. Every course is beautifully presented, with immense thought and craftsmanship in every dish. Be aware of limited seating, so a reservation is needed. From the back alley downtown Denver, guests feel transported to Japan. Ukiyo delivers the same level of execution and creativity as Michelin-starred restaurants. An unforgettable meal and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food and hospitality.
