The drinks are NEVER made properly. Every time I get a cold brew coffee shake is like water and I have to put it in a freezer. It's consistently bad. When I tell someone I get attitudes and give up (and lose a little more hope in the world). The app doesn't work for 'supposedly' free coffee. Been coming for a few months and have been unable to use that "reward" to this day. Also, the manager will never just honor it. It has to be through the app. The food is also inconsistent. The reward program is the only good thing here and it doesn't even work properly.

Tried to order 6 bagels with shmears online. Could only order pre-selected varieties with this option. 2 of which were chocolate chip bagels. Decided to go to store and pick out my own. Ordered a large coffee, which ended up being lukewarm, and far from being hot coffee.Parking: Parking, although limited with a few spots on either side of the restaurant, was not an issue. Was also there on a previous Subday morning around 8:30AM, and there were only a few customers.

I came into today as I usually do for my morning coffee before work. But today I am appalled at the behavior of one of the staff members an older man was screaming at his coworker. It was very uncalled for and aggressive he was aggressive and threatening. No one seemed to intervene and not only the fellow customers but employees aswell were disturbers by this mans actions. I love the coffee but won’t be coming back to a place that can NOT treat their hardworking employees with the respect they deserve. I encourage others to save their time and go to ANYWHERE else
I just got off the phone with the general manager Mark who was absolutely amazing. I was trying to orchestrate a special item for my daughter who goes to college there and Mark was beyond helpful and kind. Thank you!!!!!

Sit outside waiting for my curbside order while 4 employees just were talking finally turned car off and walked in my order was not very warm and coffee was not hot had been sitting on counter entire time waiting about 12 minutes why check in on app if order was just going to be left on counter and employees just talking I would understand if they were swamped but just me and two other cars one also waiting on a order that was sitting on counter

Dont put everything bagel in same package as blueberry and cinnamon.I called to share my concerns..was told "you should have requested seperate bags". Never thought a bagel place would not know better.Bagels are good, service is terrible.Not trained!!!!!!!

I've been going to Einstein's for years. I really like their bagel sandwiches. Their classic egg sandwiches and the signature farmhouse bagel are my favorites. They also have coffee and fresh made orange juice and some light pasties, muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc. And they offer some good catering options. They have always provided a consistent, quality product. The restaurants are a well oiled machine. The staff always does a good job. Using their app has been really convenient. My food is ready when I walk in. The app also has promotions that I like to take advantage of.
