It is a cute coffee and ice cream shop where you can sit and watch the world go by. They sell a variety of usual and unusual flavors in cups or cake and waffle cones. You can sample the flavors; we found most too sweet for our liking (or licking?). If that's your thing, this place will be a hit. The Cookies and Cream flavor was surprisingly mild and not overly sweet. It shares a lobby with the 11th Street Hostel, so I suspect you can meet some interesting people hanging out....
Quick service, friendly workers. This ice cream shop is attached to the hotel next door. Service dogs only allowed inside, unfortunately. The ice cream is delicious. Parking is tough and is pretty much all street paid parking, from what we could see. If we were walking by again, we'd stop here again.
The person who helped us did not give our change when paying with cash. Seems to be a tactic to pocket money because most people either don't mind or don't notice. Ice cream is not great either.
