El Buen Sazon is a fantastic Mexican restaurant offering clean, flavorful, and satisfying food. The menu features classic Mexican treats and drinks, with a good selection that includes fantastic tacos, tortas, chilli cheese fries, gorditas de arina, and conchas. Specific standout dishes are the super tasty tamales, which do not skimp on the meat filling, and the wonderfully seasoned meat in the quesadilla and huarache. The menudo has a lot more meat than corn. The barbacoa and asada tacos are some of the best in Denver, described as moist, greasy, and flavorful.
The service is prompt, friendly, and great, with very helpful staff. The ambiance feels like home, comfortable, and clean, resembling a family restaurant. It is a place where people in the area stop regularly. With fast service and three choices of salsas that add the perfect touch of flavor and heat, it is an awesome place to get some good comida.
