I got a rotten black tamale, and the horrible stuffed chiles have cheese with hard loroco inside and the acidic chile, I don't know how they don't inspect them, they are selling rotten food.

Today I bought chicharron fron this store and when I got home, I noticed it was all burned. The taste was horrible, like very burned oil, and I found a hair sticking to one piece! Overall, I felt totally disgusted. This is the worst place I have visited in the city.

I love this place people are always friendly and welcoming so for the customer service is outstanding and the food it is just right can’t ask for more oh and the prices are very reasonable you can still eat with your family for under $60, so check them out you will be real satisfied

It is the worst restaurant I have ever visited, the waitresses were very rude to serve and the food was the worst and there were cockroaches inside the restaurant, the truth is I left wanting to vomit I don't recommend it!!

If I could give 0 stars i would. I have order several times food form here for my work and the last two times have been bad. I was told the last time we order to order thought their app or by calling. we did that last Friday. Got a call maybe 5 minutes before i the order should had been ready saying that they did not received my order and that they were barely going to start the order. they explained that the order was received after hours and they did not get it till later in the day. I asked for a refund and went with plan B. We decided to give them a 2nd chance and placed the order at 11am on Thursday to make sure we did not had the same issue. We called at 9am and also around 10 to verify that our order was going to be ready at 11am and was told it would be. I sent someone to pick up our food. Let me tell you we are about 20-30 min from the restaurant, when my coworker arrived aa the restaurant, he had to seat there for almost 40 minutes for our food to be ready after we were told it would be ready by 11am. When I called them they blamed the app Clover and then told me that for an order like ours we need to call to place the order. Customer Service is horrible with them and will not be giving them our business again. Don't get me wrong food is great here but the lack of customer service is horrible.

The food is very tasty but we've order from them 3 times now and they cannot give us an accurate time on when its going to be ready. Each time they've said it's going to be ready at 11 and when we get there we end up waiting for an hour+. This is after they told us we had to place the order 24 hours in advance which we did and still had this issue. Each time we tried to understand why it was taking so long they told us we ordered it incorrectly.
