It's a lil hole in the wall with a scent of YUMMY chicken before you find the door. I find an entrance from following the scent instead of looking up and reading the GIANT SIGN. Front door locked and so, but I SMELL CHICKEN. I scurry round back. I knock on the back gate and, "Excuse me, I found y'all on yelp, I wanna try yo chicken", the chef explained it was a dangerous area and he doesn't leave doors unlocked after nightfall. Tried the 4 lb wing special. Wings were larger size, cooked correctly and tasted good. XXX hot flavor was medium on the spice level, wings could have used more sauce. Fries were just okay.Neighborhood a little rough. Online ordering worked well, friendly service.
