Oh, El Chapultepec.Man, there isn't a native alive who can't say they've spent some time at The Pec.Great jazz, strong drinks, no frills. The Pec just came as you saw it--some booths, some tables, a bar, and that stage. That magic, fabled stage.Everyone who was anyone once played that stage. Everyone who played on that stage KNEW that they were now a part of history.Denver history, musical history, here at The Pec.Standing ovation to you, El Chapultepec.Thank you for the memories, the music, the standing room only crowds, the random nights that turned to magic when you passed through the door....If you missed The Pec, you didn't miss MUCH, but you DID miss everything.

End of an era. So many talented local musicians, so much history. Gutted to lose you.

Such a great place! Keep in mind it's cash only so make sure you take a little extra cash.

Such a “scene”. Wow hard to believe an amazing icon like this in the city. Solid live music and warm hospitality. Not a place to miss. Don’t judge a book by its cover. Well this book is old and dusty and worth turning the pages.

The service was very helpful and observant. The prices are fair for the quality of food.

Had an amazing time jammin’ at the famous and historic El Chapultepec Jazz Club in Denver, Colorado this evening. The more than hospitable hosts coupled with warm, socially-distanced audience columnated into an unforgettable first experience in the Centennial State. #ElChapultepec #ElChapultepecJazz #Jazz #DenverColorado #CarpenterProductions #TheArtsLive #ArethaPlayedHere

Live bands excellent music cash only bar so that sucks and drinks are a little high! Get there early seating is very limited as this place is very small! But again the live blues music is amazing

The oldest continually running and family owned Jazz club in town... over 80 years, what?! The history in this place just soaks into your bones. What a great venue and beautiful treat!!

So excited to be in the oldest jazz bar in Denver. Due to Covid there was no love entertainment, but it didn't matter to me. I was just expired to be in a place where all the greats played and sang!

This place is great. A true tavern which is hard to fine these days. Great live music and festive weekend evenings, but just a classic, quiet, old school dive bar during the afternoon. If that is what you seek, visit.
