The best tacos al pastor I've had in Denver so far. Once I saw their trompo and read they were from puebla I knew I had to try them. These tasted just like the ones back from my hometown.

Me and my husband stopped by El Sabor taco truck and were seriously impressed. We ordered the asada burrito and a pastor quesadilla -both were packed with flavor and made fresh to order. The meat was well-seasoned, and the portions were generous, especially for the price.
The service was excellent - friendly, fast, and welcoming. It’s clear they care about their food and their customers. Prices are on the cheaper side, which makes this spot an even better value.
Definitely a great find if you’re craving authentic, no-frills Mexican food. We’ll be back!

This place is close to my house so I'm a little biased but it's the best food truck tacos in Denver. Fresh off the spit al pastor, tons of great toppings included with the tacos, still a great value compared to other trucks. I'm never sure what their hours are but if they're open this is definitely worth a stop.
