Let me start by saying I've spent a lot of money here, and previously had a good experience up until when I took some friends here to celebrate my boyfriends birthday two weeks ago.
We had reserved two lanes ahead of time and got checked in alright. Less than half way through the first game, both lanes stopped working and were out of service for a good 1.5 hours. We spent a total of 3 hours here, half of the time in which our lanes didn't work.
