I give this place a solid 5 stars. I've been coming here off and on for over 10 years. Right off the bat, they bring you fresh chips with 2 different options for dipping them. They have a huge menu and still in 2024 their prices are still among the lowest in the Metro area. The service is good as well. This is a great place to stop and eat.

I discovered El Valle about a year ago on a trip to Denver. I have only had the Chicken Tortilla soup which is very close to what I have had in Mexico. On one of my future Denver trips, I'll try some other items. The service is super friendly.

I live north and I love to cook so don't eat out much but as long as I've lived north this is my go to spot when I do decide to grab menudo are tacos the quality has always been good and the service threw the pandemic the quality of a few restaurants that I would go to changed as the service but not this one service remained great as well as quality of food I'm happy I have a dependable spot.
Food is really bad. I tried menudo and enchiladas and just the color of the menudo and the salsa for the enchiladas were looking super fake.It didn't taste fresh or homemade.Also gave me an upset stomach.Service is good, the waitress are amazing always at your service.Place is clean but maybe the music when I went was a little bit loud.I won't come back.
