My wife planned this restaurant for my birthday. I’m not a Bronco or Elway fan but wow did this place deliver. The steaks had a unique crust and tasty sear. The sides were exceptional and the desserts yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant for any and special occasions🔥🔥🔥

The food tasted good, but right after dinner my stomach started hurting. By the time we got home, I spent 3 hours in the bathroom---ugh. The dressing on my wedge salad looked runny so maybe that was bad, or something with the creme brulee maybe. Maybe it was the bacon lined au gratin potato dish. For $333 for 2 people, without wine, but with food poisoning, this Elway's gets one star.

Stacie and Jesus “Chuy”, were a dream team tonight. My husband and I had dirty martinis with shrimp cocktail and west coast oysters then moved onto Tempranillo and Manhattans with a perfect Ribeye and the best creamed spinach known to man. The food was fantastic but Stacie and Jesus made the experience an unforgettable one. Thanks so much! Happy Holidays Elway’s!

We were on foot enjoying a 61 degree day December 7th 2024, ELWAY'S was recommended by a friend. Started with expresso martinis, truffle fries, Cesar salad, smash burger, filet minion, macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts. Everything was good in flavor, quality ingredients, and nicely plated. Service was wonderful. The christmas music was a nice touch. Beautiful christmas tree in the lobby. All in all, had a great meal. The filet cooked perfectly, the lobster tail overcooked. But that seems to be the norm in fine dining. We also had oysters in a half shell. My favorite. Loved it.

What a disappointment with drinks and food at a place that supposed to represent a 5-star hotel. The drinks were not drinkable ( we ordered Cosmopolitan and had to sent it back twice), the shrimp cocktail (farm shrimp) was served on top of a large amount or arugula!? A crab cake was burned. The order was credited by a manager, but we would prefer to have drinks and food that would be enjoyable.

Nice experience overall however my bone in ribeye steak was undercooked at first, and then overcooked when I asked for it to be brought up to medium rare. Highlights were the brussel sprouts and cocktails. Our server was friendly and helpful when my steak was very rare inside. Another highlight was the hostess. She gave great recommendations for cocktail bars in the area for after our meal. Despite my steak being underdone; I’d like to give this restaurant another try.

I just love Elway’s! The service and atmosphere are always wonderful! We routinely get the short rib and mashed potatoes, which is phenomenal! This time I got the filet and thoroughly enjoyed it all!

This is a typical American fancy dining restaurant with very good service. The food was also very tasty and I thought it was a large portion of something like pasta. My friend ordered the lamb chop fondue was also really nice.
