Pretty frustrating to walk 15 minutes with the dogs and kids to get ice cream and discover they closed 2 hours early. Unfortunately this isn’t even the first time we’ve had trouble with inconsistent hours here. We walked home and drove to Dang, which is probably what we’ll do from now on.

We ride over tonight and it was closed during hours it was supposed to be open. Same thing happened to our neighbors last Saturday. Not great to walk your toddler 20 mins with a promise of ice cream and it doesn't manifest.

Just another over priced foofy Denver ice cream shop, just like many others. Has flavors my kids dont like Chai and honey lavender. There's never any customers in here, im surprised its still in business. 100 degrees out at 6pm and its empty. Maybe its the overpriced, tiny portions of silly flavors? Stopped in yesterday and they were not open, because they didn't have staff!! Said they posted updates on social media. Pro tip: update your google hours, nobody checks social media for ice cream shop closures and updates. Luckily there's an amazing Ice cream store just down the road on Colfax. Theres also the palpable feeling of gentrification at this location. This was a lower income neighborhood before the other side of this street was developed and gentrified. Feels gross to pay a ton for a small ice cream then walk out and see the kids staring at you who cant afford this overpriced ice cream.

Em's has at least a dozen tasty and unique flavors, right in the Park Hill neighborhood. They have a cheerful and tidy indoor space, and a patio with several picnic tables, just across the street from a pocket park for the kiddos. One of my neighbors had Em's ice cream truck at their son's birthday party and shared with the whole block--so lucky! The staff for that event and those in the shop on Fairfax added personable and friendly service to the delicious product --10 out of 10!

Stopped in for the first time today with my 10 yo. I got a small mint chip and my child got a milk chocolate scoop. Both were really tasty. Reasonably priced and very friendly girl working in there. We'll definitely be looking forward to more visits soon.
