Great atmosphere!! We were there for the Broncos game. It did feel like they were understaffed and while it wasn't packed, it was certainly full. Our waitress was mediocre at best to check with us for drink orders or re-filling waters, etc.. overall, we loved the atmosphere.

Had the special case so I forgot the name of it, but it was really really good. That's what started it off now. The mahi-mahi taco was unbelievable and so was the gringo taco that was delicious everything we had at this restaurant was fantastic. It was a little loud but well worth it for the food. Definitely coming back for their brunch. Their brunch looks amazing.

Unless you want a club atmosphere with sub-par food, go somewhere else. The bright spot of our experience here was the service - it was great. There were six of us, 20 and older - they weren't going to let us in for our 8:00 reservation because one of our party was under 21. Nothing on the website stated patrons had to be 21+. The security guard talked to the manager and we were let in. The queso and guacamole were good, but that was all. Several of us ordered the house-made chorizo tacos and all you could taste was nutmeg, way too overpowering. The enchiladas and burritos were dry and flavorless. Lastly, the music was so loud we had to yell to be heard. It would make sense if there was a place to dance, but it's a restaurant filled with tables. There are too many good restaurants in RiNo that are much better than this one.

We were very disappointed to arrive at our scheduled reservation time and the restaurant was closed for a private event. No one contacted us to let us know. We had a group of 12 and to have us all arrive only to find out it was closed was shocking and frustrating to say the least. Do better!

Federales was fantastic. The tacos were AMAZING. I had the pork and pineapple, the carnitas, and the spicy chicken, and all three were full of flavor. The free chips and salsa were surprisingly great too. We also ordered the guacamole and queso, and both were fresh, creamy, and really tasty. Federales is an easy yes for anyone who loves good tacos.

We were on vacation in Denver and decided to venture out, and of course, we looked for a place for Taco Tuesday. We were so lucky and blessed to be able to land at Federales! From the moment we went through the door to the time we left, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Nevada greeted us and throughly explained our eat and drink options! We had the drink of the month,tacos , fajitas and a great dessert! All were yummy! We even played a game where you throw an ice shot to ring the bell! If you are looking for great food, atmosphere and fun Choose Federales! Thank you NEVADA! We'll be back!

My boyfriend got us drinks last night about 30 mins before close and the brunette bartender was incredibly rude. We just wanted to get a quick drink before heading home. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her as she was cleaning bottles and trying to close even though they were still serving. As a bartender myself, I understand wanting to start on shutting down, but also you still need to cater to customers. I have had this experience multiple times at federales where I feel like I, as a customer, am annoying the bartender by asking for a drink. Will not ever be coming back.
