Tried their lemon parmesan wings, decent not the best, cauliflower wings were good and service was quick
We got this rec from our tour guide. It was great. Being able to pour your own is fantastic. Most of their brews are local and I was able to make a bunch of tasters. Great place to try lots of good brews. Denver Central Market is right next door with great food!
This place features an RFID card system that allows you to sample the beers, ciders, & cocktails before you pour a full glass.
They had at least 10 or 15 different taps last time I was there.
Good burgers. A lot of beer choices.
Great selection of pour-your-own beer and wine. Great patio area and located near Larimer street, great place to start your walk down Larimer. Highly recommend.
Sawyer was a wonderful host - incredibly knowledgeable, personable and welcoming. We noticed that he made a point to spend time with all of the customer groups.
We learned a lot about the beers as we tasted.
We recently held a pre-wedding gathering at First Draft. Pierce made it super easy to coordinate and reserve tables and the whole First Draft Team was excellent the day of the event.
We look forward to coming back in soon!
Not a lot of seating, better for warmer weather when you can sit outside.
We went on a not-busy Saturday afternoon. We were told there was only one cook and our food would take 30 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later we finally got the last of our orders for our group of 8. There was simply no sense of urgency or customer service. :-(
Staff includes gratuity on the bill but doesn’t tell you and flips a screen around without an itemized bill. I double tipped them after pouring my own beers all night. I’ll never go back, and I’m calling my credit card company to complain.

Awesome self-service tap room. Came back here immediately the next day because it was so good. Lovely staff, and really cool system for beers, makes it really fun to try as little or as much of any beer you like, and then just pay by total volume at the end. Perfect! And they have an amazing selection of beers including some ultra one rare ones such as Pliny the Elder by Russian River brewing.
Great for a laid-back place! Plenty of beers, ciders, wine, and mixed drinks and the drinks, besides the mixed, were poured by the ounce so you got to pick the amount of each drink you wanted. They didn't have the 2 dishes I wanted which was a bummer, but they had enough on the menu to pick something else. Good selection, good beer, friendly staff, and not intrusive like other places can be.
Parking: They don't have designated parking, but was able to snag some free parking about a block away. Might be different if it was Friday night but plenty of street parking all around, just might need to circle the block.

My only issue: they love to lie about when they will be open. We drove from Bailey, CO just to come here and they were closed. Of course there are plenty of other options, but come on. Don’t say youll be open 11am-12am on labor day when you wont be open.
