My partner and I love this restaurant! I’ve tried a lot of Indian restaurants and this is hands down the best restaurant in Colorado for Indian cuisine.

We went there seeing 4.9 rating, it was 35 mins drive from home to reach there. Being a Nepal-Born, our obvious choice was Tea. You know what? My husband went to kitchen to ask them to take order once, again he had to go there to say tea is cold and he asked them to make it hot after they served. It was pathetic experince. I won’t recommend this place.
Food was delicious! Waitress was a delight. Carrot pudding was an unexpected delicious dessert to end the experience
I've lived in Denver for 12 years and tried Fishtail yesterday, and I think it was the best dining experience I've had in this city.
The server told us it was her first day - after we paid - and our jaws dropped to the floor. It felt like she had worked there for years; friendly, patient, and most importantly - knew the menu well.
I had the Chicken Momo and the Samosa Chat. 10/10 food.
Hardly anyone there for dinner on Tuesday. We must support our local restaurants!
After seeing the 4.9/5 stars, I was skeptical that they were just asking for reviews, but after trying, I can confidently say this is the best Indian in Denver. Thank you Fishtail

When you walk into this place you're like does anybody work here. There's no host nobody waiting to see you not even anybody at the bar. Had to use the restroom there's no signs on the restroom's doors and cobwebs in the bathroom. We ordered the combo tandoori now this was cooked in a clay oven but it shouldn't be bitter and burnt and the vegetables and onions underneath it You guys need to put it on a paper towel or something to drain some of that grease I thought fast food was greasy the appetizers we got the onion bhaji good but don't they drain the grease I got it home and the bag was so greasy I literally had to put it on a paper towel to soak up more grease cuz they put it in a paper bag. I asked for tandoori wings and I asked them to be mild they were so hot I could not eat them or my partner could not eat them either. Curry fries were good and the fish pakora not too bad either if you're looking for fish fingers

Restaurantji Recommends
Food was incredible. I had the aloo gobi Indian hot style and it was just so fantastic. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the prices are very palatable. They also have specialty Nepali beer which was fun and also very good. Staff were friendly and informative. I highly recommend anyone in the Denver area make their way to Fishtail and support this local business! I will be returning frequently.

Astoundingly good food. Probably the best and most authentic Indian food you can find in Denver. May be the best Indian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Have to go! Pouspa and her family are so sweet as well.
