I really wanted to love Flight Club, but our experience left a lot to be desired.
We were told there would be a 30-minute wait for our table, which was totally fine. We grabbed drinks in the waiting area—but the first server who approached us seemed visibly annoyed we were splitting checks (even though we confirmed with the host beforehand that this was okay).
Once seated, a member of our group clearly communicated who was on what tab to help streamline service. Even so, when we ordered a second round, one person’s drink never arrived. We had to ask twice for an update, and 20 minutes later, the drink finally came—but it was handed to the wrong person, and the original guest was completely ignored.
It felt like the staff were deliberately avoiding that guest, possibly trying to cut her off. If that was the case, we would’ve appreciated direct communication rather than being left confused and uncomfortable. For context, she had only had one drink prior and does have a natural lisp from a dental procedure—something she’s encountered before, but other establishments have handled it with respect and dialogue, not assumption.
The vibes and atmosphere of Flight Club are great, but the service missed the mark on empathy, communication, and professionalism.

I've been in a couple of times, but last night was the first time to play darts. Reservation system was easy and guaranteed with a deposit. Electronic system makes keeping score effortless. We enjoyed some Blistered Shishito and truffle fries along with a campfire themed adult beverage that included two toasted marshmallows. Good stuff! They also provided a free drink for my birthday called the Ladybird. Looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful place. Great atmosphere. Stopped in for a drink and to go order while in from out of town. The drink was poured well, the food was delicious. I ordered the papas bravas and beef sliders. The bartender was super friendly, I didn't get her name, unfortunately. But will probably be back before I leave.

Elijah was so awesome—I was here for a huge party event thing, and he was so attentive and fun. He was in training, but right off the bat he was great at his job. Please give this guy a raise!

Didn’t actually make it in. The couple we were meeting had a family emergency. When I called and asked if they could move the reservation back 30 minutes, there was no availability until hours later. I asked if we could cancel and Joe (guy who handled the call) said he could. I asked if I was going to get my deposit back after he made the cancellation. He said no but I could reschedule. He gave me the impression that I could just cancel, I thought he was letting me off of the hook on the deposit. I asked to speak to a manager. Nicole got on the phone and was willing to reschedule the reservation. I asked if it was possible to keep our original reservation and she said no because they already canceled it. When I told her about the situation and that he did not give me an impression I was going to be charged she said that we don’t tell them to let people know about the deposit because they already signed the waiver online. I didn’t appreciate the service or the way they handled things and I’m not looking forward to going on our rescheduled date based on the experience that we had over the phone.
