Food was good service left a little to be desired. My husband's food came out before mine ( at least he got it hot). I watched him eat for about 5 min before mine came out.

Extremely disappointed!! Long time customers, we love their pizzas. Decided to change things up this time and order calzones instead. Big mistake! Ordered 2 calzones and an apple pie dessert for delivery. It took 2 hrs and 10 mins to arrive. The driver obviously hates his job as the only thing he muttered to me was "Here's 1, 2 and 3" as he took the boxes out of the bag. First, the calzones are SO small!! Smaller than anywhere else I've ever ordered a calzone from before. To make it worse, they were room temperature by the time they arrived so had to be heated in the oven. And they had no cheese in them! I thought cheese was an automatic part of a calzone but apparently not at Front Room. Won't be wasting any more money at this establishment in the future.

I do love the pizza but would appreciate you removing the call for pick up when arrived. Staff was super nice but it would have been appreciated to see them wearing masks (vaccinated or Not)

This place is horrible the manager was rude and the waitress wasn't any better they acted like we were bothering them. It shouldn't take over 45 mins to make make a pizza when the restaurant was not full and wasn't busy. I could have gone to papa Murphy's for better pizza and it would have been done faster then them. It's sad to say that since the new owners have taken place it has gone downhill in a bad way.

It's been a couple of weeks, so apologize for the delay in posting. We are well aware of staffing issues. For that, we decided to add a star. However, I have been coming here since 1986 (I was 9). We have frequented this place several times a year until COVID. My fiancé and I decided that it was time to go back. It was beyond a huge disappointment. I was very excited to see that there is outdoor seating, so we requested the patio. Several tables on the patio were dirty (as stated above, I understand), but there was vomit next to one of the tables. Pretty gross. We get to our table and the man who sat us eventually came out to take our order, apologizing profusely that he "forgot" to tell wait staff. What it actually appeared to be the case was he was doing everything. Hosting, waiting, checking out, building boxes, and maybe even a bit of cooking. Whoever this man is, he should get a giant raise! I ordered a salad bar and we ordered pizza. I immediately went to the salad bar only to find it messy, no ice, and almost no ingredients. We paid $9.95 for very measly pickings. At this point, I was really looking forward to the pizza, pizza I have loved since I was a child. What we got was nothing of the sort. It was over cooked and bland compared to the last time I had eaten it. I have since found out why Frontroom Pizza has been turned upside down. Sadly, we (my parents, my brother and his family, and me and my family) will not be back. It tears my heart out.

Ordered a gluten free pizza for delivery, sadly it took over an hour, but let me tell you their customer service and food made up for it. The manager was great taking care of situation when i called, and the young delivery driver literally took the time to politely apologize for the inconvenience! (His parents and Boss should be proud)

Pizza was soggy and just ok. For better pizza on this side of town, I'm sticking with MC's and Walter's 303.

This is our second visit to Frontroom Pizza. The first was 7-8 years ago and the food was okay. Tonight the food was killer. New ownership, maybe? I definitely recommend the pan pizza. The crust was thick, soft, and slightly chewy witha melted, crispy cheese coating on the edge. And the sauce was fresh and perfectly balanced .The service was super friendly and attentive, and the vibe was on point. We live pretty far from Frontroom but we'll definitely be back any time we're in the area.

Delicious pizza, garlic bread and cheesy bread. And OMG are the baked chocolate chip cookies and brownies good! Love that they let you reserve part of the restaurant for events at no extra charge. Great service too!

Nasty and tastes cheap! I lived in green mountain for 25 years and my family used to love Frontroom, got it once a week actually. We just moved back after being away a couple years and I was super excited to get Frontroom again. ABSOLUTE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER TASTED!!! My only guess is they must have changed owners. There spaghetti now is nasty and taste like a cheap marinara from a jar. Pizza was soggy too! Serious waste of money. What happened?!?! They use to be so amazing. Whatever changes you made over the past few years are a disgrace. It’s obvious you are cutting corners on quality. I’m sad that one of my favorite restaurants in green mountain has gone so far down hill. Serious disappointment.
