I went to Sweet Action pretty late, and the staff was chill and friendly. I tried the Chocolate Pistachio ice cream—it had a great flavor and texture. Simple, tasty, and a good way to end the night.

Customer service was horrible. The attitude was extremely condescending. This person shouldn’t be working with customers if they have an ugly attitude and the rest of the line was uncomfortable also. Worst experience I’ve had in Colorado all the other businesses have been a delight! This was around 10 pm 10/22 it was whoever was working tonight. We were respectful and polite no need to act that way.

This is the best ice cream spot in the city, they have creative and delicious flavors and the staff are exceptionally friendly!

Staple ice cream spot. The only issue is choosing between the regular favorites (for me, Salted Golden Oreo) and the constantly rotating menu of more creative flavors. It helps that the staff are always friendly and great about offering samples. I also really appreciate the menu prices supporting fair wages without the need for additional tipping.
Haven’t tried the speakeasy in the back yet, but sounds like fun!

Sweet action has some of the best ice cream flavors in Denver. The salted golden Oreo is incredible and I love their waffle cones. This is also the location for retrograde speak easy behind the freezer door which is a cool spot as well.

I've only visited for ice cream. It's delicious. It's obviously made in house as there are inventive delicious flavors. The strawberry chamomile is soo good. I love the addition of flowers for summer. It's so relaxing and fresh. My other favorite is whisky brickle and the chocolate and the fudge. Just all great!
