Say it ain't so? A brand new coffee shop and food truck park in my neighborhood? We've been dying for a place like this for the four years we've lived here! Came to check out this new food truck park on W Colfax. Read previous review about their Matcha Latte. They had one food truck: Uptown & Humboldt. I went to their coffee/not coffee vendor: Moonflower. They had a good selection of beverages + a seasonal menu. I got a large Matcha Latte made with Oat Milk for $6. It is made unsweetened.
