“Stumbled into this lovely little lounge last night before heading to a comedy show and after dinner at Burndown on Broadway. From the sweetheart at the door checking ID's (who offered to hold my takeaway box while I got my ID out of my purse), to the fabulous bartender, to the impeccably dressed man walking around offering cookies, to the darling man with the great smile standing behind me in line for drinks, I loved it ALL. It seemed like everyone knew everyone, like Cheers but gay, still, no one treated us like outsiders, literally the best! I realized as we were leaving that they have an outside patio with a fire pit, so I have to come back and check that out. If I could give 10 stars, I would!“
“Great little bar! Walked to this place since it was the closest, and coincidentally it’s a gay bar! (Perfect for us) Bartender Matt was very attentive and welcomed us in with the rest of the locals. The most comfortable dive bar I’ve ever been too, will certainly be back.“
“This was my first time in and I really enjoyed it. It’s a laid back LGBTQ+ bar with friendly bartenders and some fun games. I’d say it’s a great spot to meet up with friends for some drinks and games! I didn’t try any of the food but I’ll be sure to do so next time I stop in.“
“Brought our out of town guests from DC here on a Saturday night. We are a diverse crowd and all of us felt completely welcome. We always try to support local. Jody was very gracious and gave us the full tour. The crowd was fantastic. We loved the karaoke and Jody's personally made expresso martinis!! “If you have trans friends or are trans be aware that one of the people (cis gay man) who lead poker Tuesday nights is a chaser (primarily looking for FTM). Otherwise, this is my favorite bar in town by far with the coolest bartenders, outdoor space, and games on. Bathrooms are gender neutral too. Love.“
“If there was 1000 stars rating option, I would give it to this place for sure. So lovely so friendly, best service best patio. I loved it so so much if you are in Denver anytime this place is a must hit spot.On Sundays they also have this beer bust where they keep refill your beer. It is so fun.The crowd is kinda older generation, which is a personal preference for me.“
“I liked the DJ for Bollywood and Tollywood DJ big. "Bang bang Denver" was a hit. I just felt that the space was congested for me on the dance floor compared to the crowd gathered. The entry fee paid was 10$ per person. Awesome DJ.Parking: Free after 7 pm.“
“Went to Trade a couple of times for their underwear nights. Each time my partner and I found some cool people to chat with in our underwear outside. The staff were nice and the general culture and atmosphere of the event was very accepting and respectful. Seemed like a nice mix of people (age, race, body type, etc). I cannot say the same to other similar establishments I have tried in other cities. Would definitely recommend to any gay men interested in meeting other gay men, guys just wanting to show off, or women who don't want to be harassed in a traditional bar.“
“We were visiting from Minnesota and stopped into X Bar for happy hour. They have a really good two for one happy hour till 8 PM and then you have until 8:30 PM to use your poker chip that they give you for your second drink. They have a new Vendor that took over the restaurant. This vendor also has a food truck are called Que Desmadre. They have a variety of things on the menu from Mexican to hamburgers to chicken strips. My husband had three different tacos. He had the beef tacos, the pork taco and the shrimp taco. He said the beef taco was good, but the shrimp and pork tacos were the best he’s ever had! He said the seasoning was spot on and , the shrimp was properly cooked. I was not able to do a Google review for the restaurant yet because they just started here last Monday and haven’t got all of that figured out with Google yet so instead I decided to do a review on the bar. Bartender Wade was awesome too!!!“
“I absolutely loved this drag brunch! The food was better than expected, and the cocktails were strong. It's a little cramped inside, but it makes it a bit cozy. The bathrooms need some TLC big time. The Queens were high energy and got the crowd going. Just go. You'll have so much fun!“
