We went there for the second time in a week because my father likes the food. Each time the service was sub par. The first time, the waiter sat at a table on his phone and we had to flag him down when we needed something. Today with a different waiter, I had to ask for a spoon three times before we got one. The food came out one dish at a time with almost 10 minutes between the first and last dish being served.

I ordered General Tso’s Chicken to go. With some added heat. I’ve never eaten a bland and plain Tso’s dish with little heat and this is what I had…3 pieces of blanched and tasteless broccoli added. Kinda disappointed…place looks clean and nice inside.

We were on vacation and in the mood for Chinese food. We drove across town to go to our favorite place. It turns out Dana and Tony did not own Shanghai restaurant anymore. The man, however, bought the place very nice. However, service was slow, and food was not the best, as it was with original owners.
We ordered off the lunch menu. We had potstickers, hot and sour soup, cashew shrimp, Mongolian beef, Thai spicy basil. It came with soup, spring roll, rice and entree.
