Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

Ordered the jalapeno popper burger, i'm not really sure what it's called- i did have items to add to the burger and ask them not to add the diced Jalapenos, ( that are separate from the jalapeno popper) ...But I got home, and it had no poppers. So basically I just got a cheeseburger. Pretty bummed out, The whole reason I drove twenty minutes away to try that specific burger - i will say positively, though, that the burger itself does taste good.

The big huge white dude with a pony tail did not take my order correctly. He gave me a small meal instead of a large and I asked for ranch and ketchup, didn't get any ketchup and gave me good time sauce instead of ranch. The service sucks and I didn't get napkins either. I could definitely go to McDonald's or Smash burger and pay the same price and get better service. Do not go here, go to Burger King across the street.

Burger was terrible. Small. Dry. Ingredients were not correct. Fries were soggy. Not their best day. Wont be back anytime soon.

I stopped by after a long day of work. I was treated very nicely, and order was taken in a fast manner. It’s not my first time at this location and I get the same treatment each time! I recommend this location for anyone it is an easy quick service and yummy burgers!

First off, I ordered through the app. Unfortunately, the app didn’t send my food order to the store, ever. So, when I got there, they had no record of my order. I then had to show them what I had ordered by handing them my phone directly and letting them read my order off of the app directly. They then shorted my order $10 worth of food, even though they had my full order directly in front of them. When I called to complain, they attempted to blame the app and apologized, but incompetence of this level, from the store manager no less, is pretty hard to forgive.

So, don’t bother with the Good Times app, it’ll only slow you down and rip you off. And don’t bother with Good Times, the food isn’t good enough to justify paying double and only receiving half your order.

Big Daddy bacon cheeseburger is one of my favorite burgers of all time. But be careful- the big daddy is no longer #4 on the menu. It is now #6

Food is good, however the workers have a major attitude problem. Things wrong on my order and rolled there eyes when I asked if I could have the things that were missing in my bag that I paid for. I understand people have a bad day but don’t take it out on me. Thanks
