Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard

I went through the drive in during my lunch hour to get a treat for my daughter recovering from surgery. I was in the line for over 15 minutes. When I got to the window, the employee was very rude. After I drove away, I noticed that the spoonbender that I ordered was very runny it was like milk with chunks of pecans and caramel in it. Not okay. I wanted to turn around and return it. But I was already late returning from my lunch break due to the long wait. I will never order from this Good times again and let everyone I know of my negative experience.

Girl working around 11:20 sounded very annoyed and didn’t seem to want to be at the window at all! Drove off because service was so bad.

The young guy with glasses and a mustache that helped me was awesome. Had a glitch in the app and he helped a ton!!

Ordered the Bambeano supreme-o combo meal… the meat on these is just gross. No flavor or sauce. The pickle is overpowering and the bacon was adequate at best. The wild fries used to rock, now they are subpar. The iced tea doesn’t even taste good, kinda like cardboard. Good Times used to rock, but just doesn’t anymore.

Work everywhere else closed (or at least having closed kitchens, it was a relief to see Good Times' walk up window open.

And then we interacted with the staff and things got better still! Friendly and attentive without being pushy, repeated our order back CLEARLY, and a smile throughout.

Food arrived quickly and was very tasty when taken back home.

Will definitely go again

Flat soda, had to repeat the order more than 5 times and they still didn't listen, I could hear the workers conversation complaining about their jobs and hours and how nothing is fair while not doing their jobs at all. Bad customer service all the way around. The drinks were mislabeled and flat and the staff were obnoxious. I work in service and this is the worst I've experienced in a while. The food was less than par but with the behavior it really made the meal not worth the money at all. Why waste my money going somewhere that makes it so unpleasant. Fries were warm and soggy. No labels on the burgers and not made to the specifications of the order. This location used to be great, the last few times have been disappointing. Ridiculous. Over $65 for a meal not worth $10.

They ran my card for 17 and my bank said they later ran the total to 20 something. Management won't return my phone call to let me know why they stole money from me when I didn't give consent for them to charge additional fees to my order which I got in the drive-through. So be really, really really leery about going here unless you want extra charges being put on your private credit card that you may use going through the drive-through the food is great, but they gonna steal from you.

Burger tastes weirdly unseasoned, they forgot our fries, and they took forever on a very short line.

These guys took their time and gave us delicious hot green chili cheese fries!! We've been pretty disappointed by these at other locations.So I have to totally recommend this!

Quick easy service with fresh crispy fries and a juicy tender cheeseburger. Shake /malt is also tasty if you're feeling it.

Just as an update, most recently I did find sharp piece of barbed plastic in my shake. I have added a photo, I did not drink any more out of fear, and hope management can fix this.
