I am originally from Chicago always looking for really good Chicago pizza. From the internet advertisement it showed someone pulling up a slice with all this gooey wonderful cheese. But in reality (like the rest of Denver's establishments) not much cheese at all. Just kind of floated some on the top. The flavor was good. But will continue my search for authentic Chicago style pizza.
Great food. All of the food we got was REALLY good. Awesome location. Cool ambiance and feel in this building. Really friendly staff and solid service. The ONLY flaw is that they were SEVERELY understaffed and everything was really slow. Like crazy slow! (Staff knew it so they make good with good communications) Plan accordingly and don’t go here (Feb ‘23) if you need to move even at a level slightly above a snail’s pace. They weren’t that busy and it took way to long to do every little step from sitting, ordering and getting food. If you have plenty of time, and can be patient, then you won’t be disappointed.
Went for a pizza Saturday night and really enjoyed the restaurant. Great pizza nice staff and they were busy but the team handled it smoothly. This is a real Chicago pizza place that would make Da Coach proud. I will return and you should try this pizza for sure!
We ordered a Supreme pizza. Our Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 11:40. Then I get a text saying it won't be delivered till 12:04, then 12:24 it was finally delivered at 12:28 pm. Pizza was delivered cold! Who delivers a cold pizza?! If we would have know we were going to be delivered a cold pizza we would have just drove over there ourselves . Especially since we had to pay a $6.99 delivery fee. Very disappointing as this was the first time me and my co-workers have ordered here.
Ive unfortunatley had to change my reciew about this place. It was really good when they first opened how the last few orders have been meh. This last order wasnt edible. Refer the the pictures.I ordered via doordash and they werrent able to credit me, so 26$ in the trash.
What delicious pizza they make here! We were tired and hungry and dropped in for a quick bite, ended up staying longer because the wine was great and the atmosphere warm and comfortable. Will, the owner and his staff still put customers first. We are definitely coming back!
This is the best Chicago-style pizza (super thin) to be had outside of Chicago. Get the Classic Chicago, the sausage is in CHUNKS, not the wimpy stuff you've had elsewhere. Haven't had great pizza in Denver until we visited. Absolutely must visit.
Kid-friendliness: Lot's of kids, it's a pizza place!
We arrived in Denver to snow, and this was just a short walk away from our hotel. You can never go wrong with pizza, and this pizza did not disappoint! Service from everyone was on point. We even got another pizza two days later, and the girl remembered me!
love the classic Chicago sausage. Grabowski's is the best pizza place in downtown Denver and probably all of denver. true chicago style right here. RiNo art district @ the source hotel
Love this place. Thin crust and cute squares :)

This pizza is gas. I've been trying more and more local spots over the last 12 months and this is the best thing crust I've had by far. The sauce is great, the portions are huge, there's a good amount of toppings, and it is fairly priced (paid 15 dollars more for a different pizzeria down the street and it wasnt nearly as good). They keep your to go pizza in a warmer until you pick it up which is nice cuz it seems like if you order to go at some places and don't time it right the pie is almost cold when you get home.Dude who checked me out was really nice too.
When we're in Denver our family loves Grabowski's Pizza. Thin, crispy, good amount of cheese and always fresh ingredients. The service is always pleasant and the place is clean.
We came between shifts; both servers were outstanding and highly understanding as we were dining with two children under age three. The wings were hotter than advertised but tasty and enjoyable for the adults. The cheesy garlic bread was very yummy, both grandsons said. The pizza was delicious with a very light crispy crunch. But the star of our meal was a very refreshing Caesar salad. A perfect blend of lettuce and cheese and the dressing was the chef's kiss perfect! This earned another yummy from my grandson who then finished the rest of the bowl. This Connecticut Grandma (Bee-Bee)thoroughly appreciated one of the best pizzas and Caesar salad since I started visiting Utah and Colorado. I will recommend this spot to anyone coming in the area.
Love this place! Eating pizza every day. This is my go to. Good job ?
The best thin crust Chicago style pizza in Denver if not Colorado! The mozzarella bites are delicious as well. Throw in $4 cans of Old Style or $3 cans of Hamm's for the win! The service is as top notch as the food. A must stop in RINO!
