I used to love this place but recently I feel like the quality has gone down with the matcha latte. I’m not sure if they use a different matcha now but it’s not even slightly green which is definitely not a great sign when it’s considered “ceremonial grade” matcha.
5 stars all around! It’s no wonder why everyone is talking about the Green Collective. I visited Colorado from NJ with family, and on our Itinerary was “Get Breakfast and Coffee at Green Collective.” The coffee was out of this world…smooth, flavorful, made just right. We ordered one for the table, and one to go, it was that good. The food, you ask? Our table had a variety of options! Breakfast sandwich, chicken sandwich, French Toast, Pancakes, Toasts and Salad. We tried it all and each item was better than the next! Don’t forget the fresh pressed juices. We left feeling full, happy and extremely satisfied with our visit! Next time we are there, we will be back. Thanks, GC!
Love the breakfast sandwich, green bowl, and basic smoothie!
Got the Cobb Salad with chicken to go for lunch today. I was so fresh and delicious. I love that they give 2 different dressing options. I would absolutely come back and order other items!
Green Collective is absolutely amazing!! If you're looking for something quick, healthy, and genuinely delicious, this is the place. The food is fresh and delicious making it a perfect lunch option! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and uplifting. This has officially become my go-to lunch spot. Highly recommend!
The new space in Wash Park is awesome. Food is excellent every time. Love Green Collective
Loovvvee this place. Most reviews will show the food but I’m posting how I consumed every morsel-the sign of a great meal. We had breakfast with friends from the area! Highly recommend! And it totally has a post yoga vibe. Food is indeed medicine!
The Green Collective is absolutely delicious! I had a Purple Açaí Bowl and Avocado Toast that were hands down the best I have ever had! The owner Allison is amazing and has done a phenomenal job cultivating a beautiful space and ambience. Everyone is extremely friendly and I love the neighborhood community that the space embodies! It is a must stop in Wash Park and will be my new spot 😊
5-star everything about Green Collective! The best healthy options. Green Collective is my favorite restaurant in Denver, I have been a loyal customers for years and can't recommend it enough for people looking for a healthy meal or anyone with dietary restrictions. The staff is great as well!
Knowledge gap regarding Front of House staff. What is advertised does not match what is being rung up at the register, resulting in negative customer experience.
I have ordered the “Strawberry Cold Brew” four times. Each time, I’m charged a different amount and told different information. The drink is advertised as “cold brew, strawberry puree, your choice of milk.”
When the drink description states “your choice of milk,” it suggests that you can add any milk without an upcharge. However, two times I was upcharged for non-dairy milk. One time I was told milk was not included in the drink and any milk would be an upcharge. This was frustrating because all I wanted was this drink as advertised.
It’s also frustrating because there are added fees for “to go” orders and employees are not consistent in asking if the order is “for here or to go”. The last time I ordered this drink, I wanted it “for here,” but the employee didn’t ask me and automatically selected “to go,” which was an additional 50 cents.
To further compound the frustration, I usually order this as a 16-ounce drink, which is another 50-cent upcharge. Today I was told that all cold drinks can only be made as 12-ounce drinks (16-ounce doesn’t exist). It seems like every time I’ve ordered this, I received a 12-ounce drink, but paid for a 16-ounce drink.
Employees should know the seasonal offerings, what is included, and have consistency on ringing up an order. It doesn’t seem like it should be this hard. Hopefully they resolve this knowledge gap soon. In the meantime, I’ll be at Nest at Nurture, where they get the seasonal drink orders right and charge me the same amount every time.

The wait for two smoothies to go was painfully long. It was a 20 minute wait for a $16 smoothie
Two smoothies and two pieces of banana bread cost $40, yikes
This is my favorite place in the entire world. The food is hands down incredible and being a GF/DF girlie I can enjoy anything on the menu! The staff feels like family and always makes sure you leave happier than you came!
Place is awesome. Great food and feels healthy. Good vibes and causal place to hangout or work!
The food and drinks are delicious. The toasts are all good sized and full of flavor. The quinoa French toast is truly outstanding. The staff is less than warm and they give off major 'cool girl vibes' with a heavy dose of side eye while looking you up and down. When you look past that it's a good option for fast-casual healthy food in the Wash Park area.
The girls who work here are so nice! And the food and coffee are the best I’ve ever had.
