Reivers Bar & Grill is a neighborhood go-to spot with a welcoming and warm staff. The general manager defines excellence in hospitality, walking around checking in with customers, which is rarely done anymore. The vibe is always on time, with a high-energy, upscale environment. There are tons of TVs to watch just about any game, and lots of football on TV. The cocktails are solid, with a decent selection of beer, and a nice patio. The wings and beer make good pairs, and the hot honey wings are a personal favorite. The French dip is worth the trip all on its own. Other menu items include pretzel bites, a martini, and the Roadhouse salad with grilled chicken, which is big and yummy. The staff is nice and attentive. There is live music and a neighborhood bar vibe. It is not the most affordable but definitely not crazy expensive; for today's world it is reasonable. This place feels like Cheers, and guests have met so many great people here. It is always terrific and one of the favorite stops near Wash Park.
