The food was absolutely delicious and wish I had a bigger stomach to order more. We had the most incredibly kind and hilarious waiter Quinn I would highly recommend for a girls night or a date night. Dishes are the perfect size for sharing!

Loved it, will definitely be coming back. We met the chef, Lon - he’s a genius maestro with flavors. Everything blends so well, he’s an artist. We loved the wagyu meatballs and the rigatoni buttera - tasted incredible and the wine they recommended was top notch. We went for valentines and they had the cutest dessert in the shape of a heart. All of Chef Lon’s restaurants are so so good, the food is so cool and delicious. Recommend 100%

One of the very best dining experiences we've ever enjoyed! The wait staff is exceptional, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is soothing. A+ all the way around! One of our favorite restaurants in the entire State of Colorado!

The Amalfi pie was amazing and brought me back twice. Seriously great food every visit I've been back.

The food was good but there were several issues. 1) the door to the restaurant took two people to open it. It was a large, heavy door in disrepair. An employee inside saw us struggling with it but made no move to assist. 2) the main dining room area we were in was incredibly cold. The table next to us asked to be moved to a warmer area and was told it was not possible. We all kept our jackets/coats on and one patron went back to his car to bring in a blanket. 3) the servers did not seem to know what drink/menu item had been ordered by which table. Presented them to the wrong table on several occasions.

The outside door to the space in the winter is a challenge as it gets very cold when the door opens. Still fantastic experience

Nice, intimate spot for up level Italian cuisine. Good cocktails with a broad wine list. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Man i hate to do this as they have the best gluten free pizza i have ever eaten, but beware if you order a glass of wine. I did, and received the shortest pour i've ever gotten. When i asked about it, the waiter brushed me off. Whatever, but then the tables around us also got wine that was approximately twice what was in my glass. Even my wife who was upset at me initially, saw the difference. Really poor form. So, if you want wine, maybe take out so you can get a decent pour, or take your chances at the table.

I have been wanting to try this spot for quite some time based on all the GF options! We ended up doing take out, which I know especially with GF food it can change the experience a bit.

In terms of service, that was great. They answered their phone quickly and were very informed about the gluten free options and cross contamination.

We got the risotto mozzarella sticks, gf rigatoni and gf margarita pizza. The mozz sticks were phenomenal! Loved the risotto component and they were not greasy or gummy at all! We also loved the pasta which had the perfect ratio of noodles to sauce in my opinion 😊

The only disappointment was the pizza! It seemed it may have been a bit over cooked, it was quite dry and chewy and the crust flavor seemed a bit burnt. Even flavor of the toppings didn’t really stand out. I’ve had some really great GF pizza in Denver so maybe my expectations were too high. Regardless, I’ll definitely be back for the apps and pasta but would probably pass on the pizza in the future.

It's just okay. I ordered the gnocchi and I'm not a fan of their version of it. I do hand it to the waiter because he did a great job of explaining to me that it wasn't true gnocchi, but I was curious enough to try it. It's really just ricotta and spinach balled up together. Most of the taste came from the brodo broth and the beautiful prosciutto on top. I think this dish is better as an appetizer because I was still really hungry afterwards, but at $27 a plate, it's not really worth it. I recommend that anyone coming here share plates with other people at the table to fill up and experience other dishes. The atmosphere and staff are very cool.

We went for a date night and had a great time! Make a reservation and you’re likely to get one of the booths over a table. The focaccia is amazing, especially the pesto butter sauce. Tuesday is all day happy hour, we had 4 drinks, 3 appetizers, a salad, and a full price pasta for $100 total. Great service.

Raynee our server is kind of a bad ass. Super informative but not a know it all. Fun and just cool. Best pizza in Denver BTW

We are visiting Denver from out of town and had wonderful dinner at Gusto, 5 days ago. Good food, excellent cocktails and wonderful service! We had hoped to enjoy a quiet anniversary dinner last night but a booth behind us held a very exuberant and noisy group. Not the restaurant's fault but the noise ruined our dining experience.

My daughter and I went and shared the focaccia, Italian house salad, Spaghetti all Assassin and a bottle of Barbera. Each dish was amazing on its own. Highly recommend this sweet little restaurant!

Fantastic food, nice ambience...not the greatest service. Waiter was super slow, forgot a drink order entirely. We decided not to stay for another drink because of this.
