Wow, I really enjoyed Hapa. My server was fantastic. She really knew the menu and was able to explain options to me. Including all of the Sake options in the flights. They have a variety of rolls and traditional fare, but the sashimi options were next level. I got the Black Salt Tombo and it melted in my mouth. The XXX roll was amazing. No need for soy sauce or wasabi. What an amazing place. Great atmosphere and again, the service was extraordinary!

As someone who has dined at top sushi restaurants around the world, I came to Hapa with an open mind but realistic expectations.
